Hadden & Assoc. was founded in 1985 by its President, Doyle Hadden, with over 30 years of broadcast experience and over 30 years in media brokerage services. Published rates: Hadden & Associates’ published rates are; 5% of total consideration and purchase price of the first 5 million dollars, and 3% of any additional dollars thereafter, or $25,000, whichever is greater of the two. Broker’s consulting and appraisal services are available upon request, along with Lease management agreements (LMA) at 15% commission to broker.
